Enviroscaping often inherits maintenance duties on existing landscapes, as it did at the Pacifica-owned Santa Barbara Business Center, then manages the evolution and development of the landscape.
We work with the client to offer advice on how to improve a landscape by rotating annuals into beds, establishing perennial natives and introducing visual interest, all depending on a client’s budget.

Enviroscaping did the creekside planting at Arroyo Burro Creek and now maintains the landscape that was installed beside the bridge and along the new pathway that leads up to the Douglas Preserve.

Enviroscaping President Lalo Mora collaborated with a landscape architect and SBCC horticulturists to install the demonstration garden at the Goleta Water District headquarters on Hollister Avenue. Visitors are provided a map of the garden’s various “living rooms” and allowed to wander through and get ideas about landscaping with drought-resistant plants suitable for our local climate. Enviroscaping also maintains these gardens and the district office landscaping.
