When the Pebble Hill Homes development was built, syacmore trees were planted near the residences. The deciduous trees are beautiful and fast-growing, but they have deep roots that can lift driveways, power poles, sewer lines and buried electrical lines. When Enviroscaping took over the maintenance, they removed the sycamores from near the homes but left them in the locations where their roots would not cause problems. Enviroscaping continues to maintain and make steady improvements to the landscaping, and to the irrigation system at this property.
